Beginning Therapy. It is not uncommon to feel a certain amount of anxiety about thinking about therapuetic help. With this is mind it might be useful to think of our first appointment as an opportunity to meet each other and and to explore how counselling might help. There is no committment to on-going therapy at this stage. If you decide you would like to conitnue to work with me we will arrange a time and day that is convenient for us both. Therapy sessions last about 50 minutes.

Fees. A 50 minute session is usually £40. However, I know that not everybody can afford this and so I usually discuss fees on an individual basis. I would not want lack of money to stop someone who needed help from having it.

Location. Appointments are held at St. John's Church in Cedar Square. See the Links page for more details. I also do home visits for those who would find this easier because of mobility problems.

Client Base. I work with individuals and couples. I have worked with clients from the following organsisations - Retail Trust, Virgin Trains, ITV.
